Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics staff
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Keep logs and records of delivery process
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
• Clarify wrong deliveries and returns
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints (delivery backlogs, transport damage etc.)
• Create shipping instructions for upstream suppliers
• Prepare shipping and transport documents
• Create and maintain the required price tables, statistics and reports
• Schedule transports
• Cargo space chartering

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills

• Have accuracy accompanied by diligence among your strengths
• Be acquainted with the shipping sector and have good general IT skills

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of German at a level close to your native language (C1+)
